1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Seraph Tactical provides professional firearms training services including but not limited to:

• Individual and group firearms training
• CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit classes
• NRA certification courses
• Corporate and congregation security training
• Security consulting and audits

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require advance payment to confirm your session
• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
• Your preferred date is subject to availability confirmation

4. Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund and Rescheduling Policy for detailed information. Summary:

• 48+ hours notice: Free rescheduling. We will work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule
• Less than 48 hours: Rescheduling subject to review on a case-by-case basis
• No-shows: Non-refundable. If you're running late, please call, as we may be able to accommodate
• Emergencies: We understand life happens. Contact us and we will do our best to work with you

5. Participant Requirements

All participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by parent/guardian)
• Be legally eligible to possess firearms under federal and Florida law
• Provide valid government-issued photo identification
• Sign a liability waiver before participating
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances
• Follow all safety rules and instructor directions

6. Safety Rules

Participants must adhere to the Four Cardinal Rules of Firearm Safety:

1. Treat every firearm as if it's loaded
2. Never point a firearm at anything you're not willing to destroy
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot
4. Know your target and what's beyond it

Violation of safety rules may result in immediate removal from training without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

Firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating in our training, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before training. See our Waiver & Release page for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seraph Tactical and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seraph Tactical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Data Security

Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We implement SSL encryption and appropriate security measures to protect all personal information.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seraph Tactical, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your participation in training activities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
