Rescheduling Policy
48+ Hours Before Training
Free rescheduling. We will work with you to find a new date and time that fits your schedule. No questions asked.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Training
Rescheduling will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
No-Shows
Non-refundable. If you're running late, please call us, as we may be able to accommodate a late start.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel training due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive either:
- Full refund, or
- Free rescheduling to any available date
We will notify you as early as possible if weather conditions require cancellation. Light rain typically does not cancel training, as we have covered shooting positions available.
Instructor Cancellation
In the rare event that we need to cancel due to instructor illness or emergency:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- Free rescheduling to any available date, or
- Priority booking for the next available session
Partial Attendance
If you need to leave training early due to personal reasons:
- No partial refunds are provided
- You may be able to complete remaining training on another date (subject to availability and at our discretion)
- CCW certificates require full course completion
Removal from Training
If you are removed from training due to:
- Safety violations
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Failure to follow instructor directions
- Disruptive or dangerous behavior
No refund will be provided, and you may be prohibited from future training.
Training Packages
For multi-session training packages:
- Individual sessions can be rescheduled per the policy above
- Packages are non-refundable after the first session is completed
- Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase date
- Packages are non-transferable to other individuals
Equipment Add-ons
For ammunition and rental equipment:
- Ammunition purchases are non-refundable (can be picked up or shipped)
- Equipment rentals can be cancelled with the same policy as training
Emergency Situations
We understand that true emergencies happen. If you have a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious situation, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you. In cases where range fees have already been incurred, we may ask that those costs be covered. Documentation may be requested for transparency.
